As we know, when we have an broken LCD screen (in fact, LCD screen is working but front panel broken) in hand and want to refurbish it, first important thing we should do is to separate the front panle glass from touch screen and LCD, and then take out the broken part. This machine is not only to do all these tedious jobs but more, and make life esay:

1. Separating LCD and Front Panle Glass : Work for mobile phone which screen size is 5.5 inch and below. Put the broken part on the machine and set-up Separating Temp to 80℃--90℃, fasten the broken part and start to separate the front panle glass from touch screen and LCD, take out the broken part
2. Removing Polarizing Film and Glue:  Work for mobile phone which screen size is 5.5 inch and below. Start the Cleaning Temp to 200 ℃, put the separated touch screen on the machine, make alignment, and then press down the upper handle, the blade will start to wipe the glue on the touch screen. Don't need to worry about the touch screen will be destroyed by the blade and too much strength. It is pre-set well by axis and already take care by the machine
3. Laminator for iPhone Bezel Frame: Only Apple iphone require this step to laminate the bezel frame for screen repairing. Since most bezel frames in market are now with glue on it,  you don't need to use any glue again, just put the bezel frame on the screen and put them together in the customized mold, make perfect alignment ( 5 type of molds already offered with the machine, one for iphone 4/4s, one for iphone 5/5s, one for iphone 5c, one for iphone 6/6s and one for iphone 6 plus/6s plus ). Before lamination, it need to set-up tempature as well, to 170 ℃, after reaching this degree, just put the mold on and press the handle down for 3-5 seconds. And then take it out. Done!

Instructions:

Operating steps of Middle frame separation:

1. Turn on the switch of heated plate thermostat on the left, the setting the temperature to 80 ℃.
2. A ziplock bag should be ready in advance, sprinkling the 503 cleaning agent on the assembly, Put into the ziplock bag, Zipping, Then take out it after 5 minutes.
3. Heating on the heated plate about 20 seconds, turn on the corresponding mould switch, press the assembly on the suction mould. After being sucked, separating the middle frame slowly by hand.

Operating steps of the scren separation:

1. Turn on the switch of heated plate thermostat on the left, the setting the temperature to 80 ℃.
2. Haul back the lower plate, lock the screw tightly (skid resistance). Put the sillca gel on the heated plate holes to holes, then put the screen.
3. Turn on the suction switch, the screen would be sucked tightly, When the screen reaches a appropriate temperature, begin to separate by the steel wire, screen separation is done.

Operating steps of glue remove:

1. Loose the three screws of the blade groove, Put in the blade and screw it.
2. Turn on the thermostat switch on the right side, Setting the temperature to 180 ℃.
3. Put the sillca gel on the heated plate, after the temperature reached, put into the screen with the flex cable inby.
4. Push the screen, the height of the blade and screen should be the same, the the screen to remove the glue.

Operating steps of frame press:

1. Turn on the thermostat switch on the right mould, setting the temperature to 160℃.
2. Choose a lower mould need to press, put the lower mould into the plate (The groove of mould should be downwards), push the lower mould, align at the upper mould. The fix the screws behind the lower mould.
3. After installing the frame of screen, put it into the lower mould with the right direction, then put the lower mould into the plate with the right position, Push the lower mould, press the upper mould for 6-10 seconds. Take out of the frame, frame press is finished.
4. When you press the iPhone 6 (4.7), it needs to install the iPhone 6 (4.7) upper mould, While installing the upper mould, the home key should be downwards to buckle the upper mould, it can be used after fixing the screws of front and back.

Note:

• Be careful of your hand. The temperature of the heated plate and upper mould are high.
• Take off the blade while you needn’t remove the glue, to prevent from hurting in other operations.
