Camera Lens for HTC One M7 (Used)

After I managed to crack second rear camera lens cover, I decided to replace this part only instead of replacing whole rear cover. Since delivery charge for such small item is little high, I took 2 of them at once. Replacement part fitted exactly, only thing to be considered is not to leave any dust of fingerprints trapped inside before installing it.

recently walked into a table and cracked the glass over the camera, bought a couple of these to try out ( one spare incase :-) )perfect fit and easy to fit, if your not sure how to fit here is how i did it 1, carefully remove old glas, i used tweezers and a scalpal, it comes away quite easily. 2, make sure you remove all the old glue from where the glass sits 3,you will likely see alot of fluff and dust around the camera, pull this out with tweezers while your there....do not blow into it! 4,the camera is very fragile so dont go prodding around it. 5, get your new lens, before pealing it off the sheet turn the sheet over, there is a "window" in the sheet the lens is stuck to, use a lens cleaning cloth to clean this exposed area ( i didnt at first, fitted the lens and there was a finger print on the inside...had to pry off again to clean) 6, peel the lens off the main backing sheet and carfully lay in place and apply some light pressure. 7, Done

A local cellphone repair company wanted $150 to replace the back of my HTC ONE phone because the camera lens is not available by itself. After searching the web, I found this replacement lens for a good price. I ordered several, so now I have replacements on hand just in case. The most difficult part of the replacement is getting the lens out of its' packaging. Once that is done, the installation is easy.
