Item arrived and it is brand new and was never been folded

Just received this part for my Lumia 925. Had my first order of the part which never came here in Canada. I asked customer service and they were happy to help me and shipped another one. The part arrived and it was never been used. You can tell as the one pre-installed on my phone has been folded and this was was in good shape. I had to fold it to be fit on the motherboard. The item said it was removed from the original phone but it was not. It is brand new and not used. It worked well as promise. I experienced the best and excellent customer service because they were concerned on my status of my part which got lost abroad. I will buy and transact again with this company.
