I had doubt originally whether I could get my order or not. I kept checking the shipment status and the status changed after the third day I ordered the spare parts. Subsequently, it did not change. I checked with DHL and they did not found the tracking number. I was a bit upset and thought that I have lost my money. One week after my order, the spare part came. In summary, rate the service is excellent.
